Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel the order, please contact us and provide your order number and state the reason.

You can email us at contact@gretachic.com with Order Cancellation in the email subject line. 

  1. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for return after receiving the package.
  2. Generally, you will receive a refund within within 14 business days.

Returns & Refund

  1. Please send an email to contact@gretachic.com with RETURN in the email subject  line, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be  returned with the original packing. 

3.Most returns are processed within 14 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

WHAT CAN I RETURN?

We will be happy to accept your item back for return, as long as the item meets the return criteria below :

1.If you would like to  return or exchange the item(s) please contact us within 14  days of receipt.

2.Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.

  1. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee equal to 10% of the order amount will be charged for returned items.

4.We will check every item carefully when we send out, if we send the damaged, we accept returns.

  1. In its original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact.
  2. No signs of wear (marks from tan, deodorant or other personal stains).
  3. Items may only be returned with proof of purchase.
  4. Your item has been damaged in transit.
  5. You received the wrong item.
  6. Buyers must ensure that the delivery address is accurate. If the package is returned due to inaccurate address, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

11.We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

  1. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Dantўўaseproducts.

Please note:  items must be unworn, unused, and in the original condition with the original packaging and tags attached. We cannot refund any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered.

WHICH ITEMS ARE NOT EUIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED

Conditions that are not deemed as defective in quality:

  • Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, a touch of fabrics, and differences in color due to differences in monitor display are NOT treated as quality issues.
    - Returns due to dissatisfaction with styles, colors, and changes in personal preferences are NOT treated as quality issues.
    - Damages due to use, wash, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors are NOT treated as quality issues.
    - Please refer to our sizing chart for decisions on your purchase, as our service team can only offer our recommendations. Returns due to sizing issues do not constitute quality issues.
    - Due to differences in design and style between items, there may be slight differences between different items in the same size. Please refer to the actual measurements.

  • We take the health and safety of our customers seriously and cannot resell intimate items once they have been opened or used.
    • Briefs, panties, and thongs.
    • The right of withdrawal on lingerie (bodysuit, set and swimming costume) cannot be exercised for hygiene reasons.
    • Hosiery including stockings, sockings, and tights.
    • Adhesive bras and certain lingerie accessories.
    • Any item that has been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

      Please note we do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For the hygiene and safety of our customers, certain items are deemed non-returnable. These include but are not limited to:

Final Sale

Items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty. The exclusion will be noted on the product page and/or at checkout.

Returning A Bundle Set/ Promotion Items

If wanting a full refund or credit note on a bundle purchase, all pieces must be returned.

If returning just one or two pieces from a bundle purchase, the value of the free item will be deducted from the refund amount.

This includes any free gifts with purchase. If you are returning an item that came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned.

 

Note1: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Return Address Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.

Note2: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
